Politics .... I can't understand

Yesterday ... The day before ... And the day before ... And the day before ....
I found interesting things in my office
I met people, I feel the environment, I observed and did some interviews
Not interview exactly; maybe talking
And I found that; again and again; this is not good environment to stay in
I didn't blame anyone here.
Current condition is ... people or my colleagues or the employees are trying to play safe
It is not a mistake; might be; But everything so blurr
I talked about politics here or I can say "orange eats orange"
Do you know what I meant?
And the crucial things is ... this is a new company
Can you imagine? Every puppet plays their role! Put others down and again, they let their self look good
Is this the condition? Is this real? Or maybe its just what we called building culture?
And again, my question is : what culture? Bad competition?
And again, I am in the low position. What I can do right now; give advice to the management, thats it

And again, I questioned : what is good exactly?
I have known sumthin' ... bad from my perspective
What do you think about politics?
Can you explain to me?
Will it be also happen in my goverment?

I find it again....

Have you ever get experience that you lost sumthin' you missed, you need for your actualization?
I did... twice.... Maybe almost three times
Funny..... I also can't remember where is...
And this morning I did....
I found sumthin' worth. Sumthin' that I can actualise my self to do the best
Thank God I find them again

Make Things Positively

Tough day for today

Like for every one, my time flows with tough job, tough environment and challenging friend. Again, I have to cover my self from negative things; gossips, unsatisfaction, blaming people, etc.

I think, not only me. With that circumstances; if you want to be more honest; that kind of situation will make you influenced and we will be like them.

And me, I aware that kind of things; uncomfort situation, hopeless, negative feelings, bad experience will create us to be the worse people. We will be more 'aggresive', anti social, etc etc.

So, why don't we try to see things with a good thing and everything will be feel easier to be faced on. I can feel the differences; when I see someting with a bad a thing, everything looks bad and I need more effort to finish things. When I see something with a good thing, it flows just like what I want and looks easier.

Try our day with positive paradigm today and you can feel that you can give your best effort.

First Learning : Be Free

Have you ever feel bored with everything you do? You always do the same thing; go to your school or office, take your responsibilities, finishing your duties, etc and you get home; tired and nothing to do, just sleep.

After that you get bored, you thing useless for everything you do and you ask your self:"what is the meaning of my life?"

I did. I felt the same thing this morning. I get bored with my job, with my routinity. I get bored with my life and I feel not happy with everything I do.

And I met a woman, about forty, I am not sure. She said:"if you are not happy for what you do, take sometime, quit and make your self free. Don't ever do something that you don't like or you don't want to do it. It will make you suffer and impact to other people." Just make your self free. Find your self. Don't be worry about what will be happen in the future. Just ensure that you do what you like.



And yes, she is right. we will never be productive if we are not free, free with our self. Good lesson for today. Hope you can feel the same too.

Just Do It

Success means nothing if we are afraid to take the start
Why? Because we are afraid we will loose what we have
Some of us feel afraid they will never get the comfort zone
Success means something when you decide to face the success
No matter you have, how rich and how poor you are
Just do it!
When you know what you want
When you believe what you do
Just do it!
When people around you say no
But you believe what your heart says
Just do it!
The success is in your hand
Your own self who will decide the success
